1. SCOPE OF SERVICE (What is Included)

Standard Mowing: Includes mowing of turf areas, string trimming (weed whacking) of perimeters, and blowing debris from hard surfaces.
Concrete Cracks & Hardscapes: For safety reasons, we DO NOT use string trimmers on weeds in concrete cracks or between pavers. High-speed lines kick up rocks/debris, creating hazards for windows and vehicles. Chemical treatment is available as a separate service.
Flower Beds & Gardens: Garden maintenance, weeding, and pruning are SEPARATE specialized services. Maintenance of these areas is NOT included in standard mowing rates. Do not expect free garden work.

2. BILLING & PAYMENT SCHEDULES

Option A: Pay-As-You-Go: Payment is due within 48 hours of the service date.
Option B: Monthly Billing: Payment is due in full by your assigned monthly due date regardless of the number of cuts performed that month.
Late Payments: Any payment not received by the due date is subject to a $15.00 Late Fee and immediate service suspension.

3.OPERATIONAL RULES

Cancellation & Skips: Service is ongoing. We do not read minds. You must provide 48 hours written notice to skip or cancel a visit. Failure to do so results in full charges for the scheduled visit.
Overgrowth: Grass over 8 inches requires extra labor/fuel and will incur a 50% "Heavy Cut" surcharge.
Access & Debris: Gates must be unlocked by 8:00 AM. A $45.00 Trip Fee applies if access is blocked. A $20.00 Sanitation Fee applies if the crew must handle pet waste or debris.

4. LEGAL ENFORCEMENT & COLLECTIONS

Failure to provide payment constitutes a breach of this agreement. CAMS Lawn Care & Landscaping aggressively pursues all unpaid balances. The client is contractually responsible for all court filing fees, service of process fees, and legal costs incurred during collection.
